From Belmopan...
There is a ridge of low pressure off the Yucatan and Honduras coasts, causing distortions of the various low level air flows, several of which are on top of each other. The Caribbean winds continue to flow from the east, on top of the cool air, generally trying to come down from the north, yet our surface wind is from the SW, all leading to a chaotic weather these last few days. There is a little bit of rain out at sea, where the main cloud battle front is, but presently not near land.
Looks like today will continue to be cool, blustery and largely cloudy, but with some glimpses of sun.
