From Belmopan...
Odd weather this morning, the high level, now mid-level cloud has pushed over Belize over night. This has resulted in two lines or waves of cloud crossing over Belize from the west, which are fighting with the Caribbean easterly wind. This is resulting in a couple of lines of rain, one just moving inland over Belize City, the other out at sea moving away from land. Much of Belize is presently in sunshine, although cloud over most of the Orange Walk district and the western mountains. But mid-level cloud is coming in from the west and will cover most of Belize in the next few hours, but may well thin as it does, as the day warms up. There is a strong "Tiger" surface wind from the SW.
Looks as if today will start sunny for many, then become cloudy, then get sun and cloud, the morning rain in the Belize district will probably stop soon, probably only little or no rain later today.
