On Ambergris Caye this morning the sea around our Barrier Reef is flat calm from a Northern breeze. Northerners place the dive sites in the islands lee. It's a warm sunny day despite the ominous look of the sunrise photograph.

The same two different air masses are clashing this morning, Caribbean winds from the NNE and the other from the NNW causing lots of rain showers in many parts of Belize, mainly out at sea and central Belize at present, but this could move down into southern Belize later.

Looks as if most of us will have overcast conditions and rain showers this morning, sun in parts of north and south Belize, rain showers could occurs any time during the day.

Tomorrows WEATHER for - Sat 23 Mar 2019

We still have the Caribbean wind from the NNE and that other wind from the NNW, there is also a little westerly high level winds. Presently the rain showers down south have now stopped.

There could be more rain showers at any time I think, possibly during the early morning. It is all very unpredictable at present.
