A weak upper level trough passes from the north central part of the Caribbean Sea into the SW corner of the Caribbean Sea.

The surface pressure gradient, between the Atlantic Ocean ridge and the Colombia low pressure, will allow the wind speeds to pulse to minimal gale-force off the coasts of Colombia and Venezuela, through Saturday night, except for Thursday night. Strong winds are expected to pulse in the Gulf of Honduras each night through Sunday night. Generally moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail elsewhere through Saturday night.

The Caribbean cloud has built of very significantly over most of the country and is already causing some swellups, over western Toledo. There are scattered showers in a few places in south and north Belize, but not much. There is heavier cloud out in the Caribbean, which may change our weather a little this afternoon, could cause some rain in central Belize. The ITCZ tropical weather is again developing, but presently over Panama, not close to us.

Looks like today will have a lot of cloud and hot sunshine between the clouds, scattered small rain showers.
