The easterly Caribbean winds have already developed a lot of cloud over Belize this morning, partly because there is very thin high level cloud from the NNE, which did result is some early morning rain in several coastal regions. There could be the odd showers later today. There are patches of cloud out in the Atlantic, but nothing causing any interest.
Looks like yet another sunny day, with significant clouds, and a small chance of the odd rain shower.

INVEST 96L is a tropical wave with an associated low pressure presently centered just over 600 miles east of Barbados. There is still a low 20% chance of tropical cyclone formation within 5 days as some slow development of this system is possible over the next day or two. Upper-level winds are expected to become unfavorable for further development early next week.
