We are presently, in a complex high level cloud movements situation, but generally forming a high level rotating low pressure area, so there are a lot of areas of clashing, presently to the north of Belize, causing significant rain. Some of that rain might move into northern Belize later today. There is very little trace of the easterly Caribbean wind. The Surface wind is from the SW. The overall effect is a lot of cloud around, yet sunshine in parts of central south Belize at present and Fog, and high clouds from the NNE over western Belize.
Today is going to be an odd mixture of different clouds, some sunshine, and a big chance of rain later.
