Fry Jacks – A Must-Have when in Belize!
Breakfast in Belize is not for those who have a small appetite. A true Belizean breakfast consists of a full home-style spread. A feast! Sure there’s the standard toast or tortillas, but one of the must-haves, when you’re in Belize, is the famous fry jacks. It is delicious soft pieces of fried flour dough in the shape of triangles or half-moons. It can be whipped up in less than thirty minutes, and it surely hits the spot! The delightful puffy treat is perfectly paired with a side of eggs (scrambled, sunny side up, over easy, any way you want it!), refried beans, sausage or bacon, and cheese. Ever heard of stuffed fry jacks? Yup, this scrumptious delicacy can be filled with the above making it easier to eat when you’re on the go. Fry jacks can also be eaten in a more traditional way, such as adding honey, jelly, jam, or powdered sugar.

From the very first whistle, those in white proved too strong, too fast and too skillful as the All Blacks wilted under 80 minutes of intense, brutal England pressure. It was the first time England had ever beaten New Zealand in a World Cup match, ending the All Blacks' record 18-match winning streak in the competition, a run stretching back to 2011. The winner of Sunday's second semifinal between Wales and South Africa awaits England in the final.

DIVERS CAN HELP COMBAT WHITE SYNDROME
Divers on the world’s second-biggest barrier reef, the Mesoamerican in the western Caribbean, are being asked to help combat a mysterious disease known as White Syndrome that’s been ravaging coral from Mexico to Honduras. The plea comes from charity Sustainable Travel International (STI). It has launched a social-media campaign for divers, snorkellers and other visitors to share photographs taken while exploring reef sites. Participating divers are given guidance on looking out for coral colonies displaying white bands, spots or lesions. They are asked to post photographs to Instagram using the #SupportNEMO hashtag, adding the date and location (GPS co-ordinates or dive site). They are also encouraged to share photos of marine pollution and wildlife.
