The Cold air from the NNE is still coming down, but, at the same time, the easterly Caribbean winds are coming in and crossing over the cold air. Resulting in thick cloud and a little rain last night, still some rain out at sea. The cold air over the southern States is moving eastwards, or sort of rolling past, allowing the Caribbean winds to start to take over again.
Looks like much of today will be thick cloud, a small chance of rain near the coast, but mainly just heavy clouds, perhaps a few glances of sun in the north.
Temperatures in Belmopan : ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
