CRYSTAL BOTTLING CO. ADDRESSES SHORTAGE OF 5-GALLON WATER IN MARKET

Crystal Bottling Co. (Crystal) is aware that there are shortages of our five-gallon water product being reported across the country. This shortage has resulted in our customers having to wait for longer periods, and not being able to purchase their usual number of bottles. We deeply regret this situation.

Crystal is increasing production and increasing purchases of additional five-gallon bottles to meet the market demands. And in the interim, we seek your cooperation by asking that you not purchase more five-gallon water than necessary to enable us to meet the needs of all customers.

Furthermore, we advise Customers there is sufficient availability of water products in our other packages: Pouch, 500 ml, 1 litre, 1.75 litre, and 1 Gallon.

As a reminder, the price for Crystal Water 5-Gallon is $3.60 when purchased at the Sales Centers, and the retail price at your local store should not exceed $5.50. And all our sales centres remain open from 8am to 5pm on Monday through Friday, from 8am to 1pm on Saturdays, and we are open through lunch.
