There's been a whole lot of blowback this month and last on Facebook with consumers complaining about high electricity bills. Now, we've been in the news business long enough to know that this is a chronic complaint when temperatures soar in April and May and every fan in every house is runnings. But, it comes at a terrible time for consumers - many of who have lost their jobs - and feel that BEL is cheating them.
