There is a lot of cloud outpouring from HURRICANE LAURA but no easterly Caribbean wind over Belize. This storm has been sitting around the western end of Cuba for a couple of days, and has finally intensified to just a Cat.1 this morning, so should start to move northwards soon. Meanwhile, leaving a lot of mid and high level cloud over Belize.

Presently, no indication of rain in Belize, just a lot of cloud, just a small trace of SW "Tiger" wind.

The surface wind was almost stationary, very slight movement from the SW, but that has now stopped and the easterly Caribbean wind will probably start up soon.. . . The high level cloud from that storm, is coming over belize from the east, but getting thinner.
