Mayor Daniel Guerrero, the San Pedro Town Council, and Staff would like to extend its sincere condolences to the Mena friends and family on the passing of Police Corporal Anibal Mena.

We are grateful for his service and for his efforts in keeping our community safe. May his soul rest in peace.

The San Pedro Sun regrets to inform that Police Corporal Anibal Mena has passed away.

PC Mena had been fighting for his life following a motorcycle accident on September 3rd. He was severely injured in a head-on collision with a Hilux pick-up truck in Patchakan village, Corozal District. He had been undergoing treatment at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

PC Mena was previously attached to the San Pedro Police Department.
Our sincerest condolences to his friends and family.

Marty OP	A Celebration of Life - In Loving Memory of Police Corporal Anibal Mena 1976-2020. A wake will be held at the family residence in the Village of Patchakan on Monday, September 14th, 2020. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th at 11:00 a.m. at the family residence in Patchakan Village followed by burial at Paraiso Village, Corozal. Rest in eternal peace.
