General Situation:
Ambergris Caye: Conditions this morning by Elbert just before or after this post!
Belize NMS: Present Condition: Partly cloudy this morning. A light east to northeasterly airflow prevails.
Advisories: *A flood warning remains in effect for communities near rivers, streams, creeks and waterways in central and western parts of the country, as well as for communities downstream from the Rio Hondo River in the north.*
24-hour forecast: Sunny with cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. Showers will be isolated, increasing late tonight.

Outlook: For Sunday and Sunday night is for skies to be cloudy at times along with a few showers occurring mostly over coastal areas in the morning and then mostly over inland areas in the afternoon, becoming isolated in the night.
Sargassum Forecast from November 28, 2020 to December 02, 2020: Sargassum impacts are expected to remain minimal during the next week with the chance of only a few mats landing on local beaches. San Pedro has a low probability and a minimal expected impact.

The Caribbean Sea

Scattered moderate convection is noted along the coast of Venezuela and N of Panama along the extension of the eastern Pacific monsoon trough. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trade winds are ongoing.

Moderate to fresh trades will continue across most of the basin through early next week, except for northeast winds pulsing to strong speeds near the coast of Colombia at night and into the early afternoon hours. A cold front will reach the northwestern Caribbean Mon night, extend from eastern Cuba to the northeast part of Honduras Tue afternoon and become stationary through Wed night. The front will be followed by fresh to locally strong northwest winds and building seas. Winds and seas are expected to diminish Tue night. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected ahead of the front.

Marty OP	There are no organized features in the Atlantic basin at this time. Recent computer guidance suggests a broad area of low pressure may try to develop in the coming days across the southwest Caribbean Sea and move westward to the north of Panama next week. A non-tropical low pressure system located about 600 miles southeast of Bermuda is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms, mainly to the north and east of the center. Environmental conditions are expected to be only marginally conducive for development this weekend as the low moves northeastward ahead of an approaching frontal system. By early next week, the system is expected to become absorbed by this frontal system over the north-central Atlantic. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent. A non-tropical low pressure system has formed over the far eastern Atlantic. This system is expected to move southward about midway between Portugal and the Azores over the weekend. Environmental conditions are forecast to be marginally conducive for the low to acquire subtropical characteristics early next week while it meanders just to the north of the Canary Islands. Marty OP	Beautiful morning! There is a sort of tropical wave coming our way over the Caribbean, that could bring some rain in the next day or two. The normal low level Caribbean winds are from the east with some cloud in them, so there could be some isolated rain showers anywhere in Belize today. There is both mid level and some high level cloud over central areas at present. Looks like it will be mainly sunny for most, high cloud in places, some low level cloud could cause the odd rain shower. Temperatures in Belmopan : ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler ) Last night min. 23°C 73°F Yesterday 29°C 85°F Yesterday Rain 10.2 mm ( 0")
