The easterly Caribbean winds are still being held back. There does appear to be some air movement from the north, contributing or causing cloud over most of the Yucatan. But there are streamers of high level cloud from ITCZ swellups in the Pacific, coming over much of Central America, causing areas of rain, mainly as it goes off the land and then over the sea.
Looks as if today will be another questionable weather day, mainly cloud, which could get thinner in parts, but the significant chance of rain anywhere.
