A 0200 UTC ASCAT pass revealed fresh to strong NE winds over the
NW Caribbean west of 73W, including the Windward Passage. Light
to gentle winds are noted in the eastern Caribbean, with gentle
to moderate winds in the central Caribbean. wave heights are 4
to 8 ft, with highest seas the NW Caribbean, and 6-7 ft in the

Today is looking fairly similar to yesterday, easterly Caribbean winds with significant cloud, traces up warm air from the south, and high level from the SW, at present, only causing the odd small area of clashing.
Looks as if today will be mainly cloudy, but with some sun through the cloud and a chance of the odd rain shower anywhere at any time.

REGION 7 - The RIO HONDO at Blue Creek. Santa Cruz, San Antonio, San Roman, Douglas and to the coast, levels are below normal and steady. On the NEW RIVER at Tower Hill and Caledonia levels are normal and steady.
REGION 9 - On the MACAL RIVER reservoir levels at all BECOL facilities are below the spillway; while at San Ignacio, levels are below the low-level bridge and steady. Levels on the MOPAN RIVER at Benque Viejo Town are near normal and steady.
THE BELIZE RIVER at Double Run is above normal and continue to recede. The CROOKED TREE LAGOON remains is still at FLOOD STAGE as Lagoon levels continue to recede.
REGION 11 - Levels are below normal and steady on the SIBUN RIVER at Freetown Sibun. Levels on the SOUTHERN LAGOON near Gales Point Village are near normal and steady. The watersheds on the EASTERN SLOPES OF THE MAYAN MOUNTAINS are normal and steady. The SITTEE RIVER at Kendal Bridge is above normal and steady. On the Swasey and Bladen Branches of the MONKEY RIVER levels are below normal and steady. Levels on the RIO GRANDE at San Pedro Columbia are below normal and steady and at Big Falls levels are normal steady. Levels on the MOHO RIVER at Jordan and Blue Creek South Levels are above normal and steady. Levels on the TEMASH RIVER near Crique Sarco are above normal and steady.
REGION 13 - On the SARSTOON RIVER above normal and steady levels exists.
