Morning all. So I have a lot about 10 miles north if town I bought a few years ago, I've decided to build this year and have someone hired to clear the lot. My problem is the public roadway is NOT cleared. It's about 150 ft of thick bush. Is there any way to get the city to clear it or am I better off just hiring it out to have the work done? I'm returning home Saturday Feb 13th so I wouldn't really be able to attend any type of town meetings. Thoughts or advice?

Highly unlikely that any municipal body will clear that road for you. Suggest you take this on yourself -perhaps with the financial participation of other neighbors?
