Present Condition: Mostly clear, some clouds in the south this morning. Fair and warm weather continues to dominate.

For Thursday and Thursday night is for mainly fair weather to prevail with only isolated showers.
Sargassum Forecast from February 9 to February 17:
Sargassum impacts are expected to remain moderate during the coming days with the chance of a few mats drifting onto local beaches. San Pedro has a medium probability and a moderate expected impact.
Tropical Weather Outlook:
There are no organized tropical features across the Atlantic basin at this time. Updates will resume at the beginning of the 2021 hurricane season (June 1).

Marine Conditions:
The Caribbean Sea
Moderate to fresh trades are carrying isolated clusters of
convection throughout much of the basin early this morning. A zone
of fresh to strong winds extends over the central Caribbean from
Hispaniola to Colombia and Venezuela. See Special Features section
above for details on gales ongoing off the coast of Colombia. Seas
average 5 to 7 ft across the basin, with 8 to 10 ft seas observed
N of Colombia.
High pressure north of the Caribbean Sea will continue to support
fresh to strong trade winds over the central and portions of the
SW Caribbean into the start of next week. Gale force winds will
pulse off the coast of Colombia early this morning and again
tonight, with near gale conditions prevailing into Fri night.
Moderate to fresh winds in the Gulf of Honduras will increase to
fresh to strong Thu night trough Fri night.
