As part of our ongoing international marketing efforts, the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) last week launched the ‘Visiting Belize is as Easy as 1,2,3” campaign. The campaign seeks to both reassure travellers of the safety measures in place as well as to promote how easy it is to visit.
We are pleased to share a 60-second video highlighting the entry requirements, Gold Standard Recognition program, and the availability of countrywide COVID testing for departing travellers. Alongside the video, we are also reintroducing digital postcards to showcase the destination; a new postcard will be shared weekly, and we encourage you to share and/or personalize with photos of your property and activities.
The video and digital postcards complement the Guest letter, email signature banner, and updated Entry requirements infographic for the campaign. Please click below to access all the digital assets for use in your marketing promotions.

The US, Canada, and several other countries now require proof of a negative COVID test for entry. To meet these new requirements, the Ministry of Health and Wellness has expanded testing to facilitate all persons departing from Belize for travel to the US and other countries.
Antigen (rapid) testing is available on-site at various hotels across the country, by a Ministry of Health & Wellness approved health facility.
Advise your hotel during check-in if you will require testing to return to your home country.
Many hotels are offering packages which include the cost of the test; verify with your hotel to see what offers they have available.
