There is a Gale Warning for the south-central Caribbean. Pressure gradient from high pressure north of the area combined

Leeward Islands.

We were lucky to have spotted the Shuga Pride tug boat today, passing along on our New River, Pueblo Nuevo Ferry in Corozal. These tug boats currently haul sugar barges about 122 miles up the New River from the sugar factory in Orange Walk, out to our Corozal Bay and down our Cariibean coast to our Belize City port for further shipping around the world. This is truly a Belizean hallmark.
