A community cleanup of Galvez Stadium is being planned for Saturday morning at 6:30am. If you can bring a machete, weed eater, or broom, it would be much appreciated. It's mostly little weeds and grass that's a little high. Some trash. The courts need cleaning too.

The Victor Galvez Stadium is in a rough state at the moment. Although It is in the hands of the sports council, we want to show some appreciation and willingness to work together with them and our community by going out there and clean the courts and assist with the chopping. We would like to get at least a portion of the lawn chopped.

We are hereby extending an invitation to any person(s) who wish to come and assist us Saturday morning at 6:30 am with their machetes or weed-eaters. Any other assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We'll try to have light refreshments out there.
