Ambergris Caye: Conditions this morning by Elbert just before or after this post!
Belize NMS: Present Condition: Mostly cloudy this morning. Partly cloudy in San Pedro. Fair weather setting in over the area.
Advisories: None.
24-hour forecast: Cloudy spells with isolated showers.
Winds: N-NE, 5-15 kts

Outlook: For Monday and Monday night is for fair weather with little or no rainfall.
Sargassum Forecast from March 16 to March 24: The area remains free from significant amounts of Sargassum and no major change is expected during the next few days. San Pedro has a low probability and a minimal impact.

A dissipating stationary front is over the NW Caribbean. Fresh to strong winds prevail over the south central Caribbean, with moderate to fresh winds elsewhere across the Caribbean. Seas are in the 7-9 ft range over the south central Caribbean. Seas are in the 4-6 ft range elsewhere except over the Windward passage and in the lee of Cuba where seas of 1-3 ft prevail.

The stationary front will dissipate this morning. Fresh to strong winds will prevail over the south central Caribbean into early next week. High pressure building over the western Atlantic will support fresh to strong SE winds over the northwest Caribbean by mid week.

Marty OP	There are some strange an complicated things happening at present, but may not show up in our weather. There is a general movement of cloud from just offshore of Belize, spreading out, over Belize and all over Honduras and Guatamala. Other air moving up off the Yucatan into the Gulf. Some indication of some cool air still around, the surface wind over Belmopan is from the SW and the easterly Caribbean winds with cloud, from the ENE Looks as it this all will bean variable cloud over Belize, patches of sunshine, small chance of rain showers. Temperatures in Belmopan : ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler ) Last Night 23°C 73°F 29°C 85°F Yesterday Rain 12.3 mm ( 0.5")

Marty OP	Still a rather complex weather over Belize. Could be some rain in some parts, almost certainly off San Pedro where there is some lightning.

Marty OP	Present Condition: Mostly cloudy skies. Our airflow is becoming less moist. 24hr Forecast: Today skies will be cloudy with some sunny breaks. Tonight skies will be partly cloudy becoming cloudy at times. Shower activity will be isolated today. Tonight and tomorrow morning expect a few brief coastal showers , thereafter showers will be isolated. Outlook: For Monday afternoon thru to Tuesday afternoon is for partly cloudy skies with only isolated showers. =================== Today, Mayor Rigo Vellos and the Corozal Town Council, joined forces with Hon. Elvia Vega Samos on a clean up campaign along the south side of our beautiful bay. This innitiative was organized by Miss Leslie Rodriguez, along with some enthusiastic environmentally conscious youths in commemoration of Earth Hour. Marty OP	And so this strange weather continues expanding out in all directions form the Caribbean. I suspect some heavy rain areas at present or likely to start soon. Fairly clear in San Pedro.
