THE NIGHTLY CURFEW WILL BE FROM MIDNIGHT TO 5:00 P.M. ON FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS AND FROM 10:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M. FROM SUNDAYS TO THURSDAY.

Good night, effective midnight tonight the amendment to the Covid19 Regulation will come into force. The principle Regulation is hereby amended as follows-

On Friday and Saturday of each week curfew will be from 12mn to 5am.

From Sunday to Thursday of each week curfew will be from 10pm to 5am.

The curfew for children remain at from 6pm to 6am, provide that a child is allowed to be out with a parent or guardian after 6pm.

Rum shops, bars and discotheques remain closed.

Casinos are now allowed to be opened; however, proprietors must ensure that every employee and and patron wear a mask, practices social distancing, sanitizes hands and machines regularly and that sanitizers are installed within the establishment.

The provisions regarding gathering, weddings, social events, funerals and recreations remain the same.

All are asked to take note of these changes and to ensure compliance. It is only by us taking responsibility and doing our individual part that we will continue to defeat this deadly virus. Thanks and may the lord continue to bless each and every one of us and our nation.

As per the stipulations of statutory instrument 43, effective April 15th 2021, The San Pedro Town Council & San Pedro Liquor Licensing Board would like to inform the General Public of the following:

Discotheques, bars, rum shops and night clubs are to remain closed.

In accordance with the New Amendments to SI and updated curfew, restaurant license holders can now open until 10PM on Fridays & Saturdays.

Store license holders are to still to stop selling liquor at 9PM.

The San Pedro Town Council have also provided the updated curfew hours:
