The easterly Caribbean winds are in control of the area, there is actually very little high level cloud, only a bit out at sea. There is the remains of cloud clashing over Toledo, with a lot of cloud, possibly some rain, but clearing up.

Looks as if today will have a fair amount of sunshine, but there will be quite a bit of cloud also, probably not much rain, except down south.
