Marty OP	Hope Haven Belize and Hope Haven Domestic Violence Shelter Receives Donation from the Department of Youth Services. In the afternoon the ministry dropped in at Hope Haven Belize and Hope Haven Domestic Violence Center. Hope Haven Belize is a Children’s home and domestic violence shelter in San Pedro opened since 2018 but served as a shelter and soup kitchen since 2014. Minister Kevin Bernard pledged to donate $1,000 monthly for the next six months to support the works being done through the organization. Ms. Natalie Arceo, Public Relations Director, shared her gratitude noting that this was the first time since its opening that the organization has received Governmental funding. Hope Haven Belize has 4 children that lives with them permanently.
