June 8th, 2021 is internationally known as World's Ocean Day. In honor of the date, Councilor Johnnia Rivero Duarte is inviting young people from ages 8 - 15 to join our Ocean Day Poster Competition!

This Year's Ocean Day theme is: Ocean: Life & Livelihoods

the wonder of the ocean and how it is our life source, supporting humanity and every other organism on Earth.

Submissions can be brought to the San Pedro Town Council before Monday, June 7th, 2021 11:00AM, and winners will be announced on June 8th, 2021 for World's Ocean day!

We invite those eligible to be as creative as possible with their posters as we will be featuring the winner along with the prize for 1ST & 2ND on our Facebook page!

Today, Monday June 7th, 2021 is the last day to submit your entries for the World Ocean Day 2021 Poster Competition. Those from 8 - 15 years are eligible and posters can be dropped off at the San Pedro Town Council Office today. Winners for 1st and 2nd place will be announced on Tuesday June 8th for World Ocean Day.
