Another 33,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines arrived in country today! This is the third batch of vaccines facilitated through the COVAX Facility. On site to receive the shipment were Dr. Natalia Beer and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Deysi Mendez from the Ministry of Health & Wellness and Chief Executive Officer, Amalia Mai of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The vaccines will aid the Ministry of Health & Wellness Belize to continue to vaccinate essential frontline workers in an effort to reach herd immunity.
