Consejo Village Council - "With the latest vandalism of the neighbour's bathroom door and the human waste all over the beach, Consejo village council have now decided to closed the public beach to the public and remains open to the Consejo village residents only.
We have been warning time after time when garbage and waste are being left behind and People keep doing it over and over.
