BWS hereby informs you that the San Pedro Branch office is temporarily closed starting this afternoon, Friday, August 20, 2021. BWS is taking this step to ensure the health and safety of our employees and the public since one of our employees at the branch tested positive for COVID-19.

As information becomes available, customers will be updated on the re-opening. In the meantime, payments can be made through the online banking services and customer services requests can be submitted by WhatsApp, Email and Facebook.

BWS continues to adhere to all safety guidelines, including those provided by the Ministry of Health & Wellness and our Pandemic Policy. We remind everyone of the importance of wearing facemasks properly, washing & sanitizing hands regularly, practicing social distance, and avoiding being in crowded environments. Please Note: Customer Service visits will be restricted to Senior Citizens or by appointment only. Customers are encouraged to access our services remotely via telephone, WhatsApp messages, email or social media requests.

Our Cashier services continue to be available, however, we encourage customers to utilize the online banking portals to make payments and avoid long lines. This will help in mitigating Covid-19 risks.
