Interesting 1977 documentary about the activities and experiences of British Forces in Belize. Some of the scenes show rural Toledo District, and a marching band British troops specially flown in from the UK for a parade through PG Front Street (32:40 - 34:00 minute).

The discussion about having to import fruits and vegetables from Mexico and other products from Guatemala is also interesting, given that Belize was not producing enough or any of these products for the force to buy. Enjoy this unique part of our history.

And of course the Harrier jets that used to criss-cross the skies of Toledo and PG will also bring back memories among the elders.
