A stationary cold front extends over the northwestern part of the Gulf of Mexico. The front is almost stationary and will not move further. It is possible that a new weak cold front will move more towards the center of the Gulf of Mexico During the weekend but it will not reach the Yucatan Peninsula. So the weather in many parts of Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean will continue stable with low chances of rain in the next few days. Some light showers are not excluded in part of Belize, the Caribbean coast of Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica in the next few days. The arrival of cold fronts are not expected in Central America and the Caribbean.

The easterly Caribbean winds continue, and as yesterday, with significant clouds, causing a few small spots of rain. There has been another cold front trying to push across the Gulf for the last few days, it has finally been able to make some progress, there is some front now slowly pushing towards the Yucatan, although most of it is still way up in the NW side of the Gulf. Not clear if we will see any effect from it or not.

Today looks as if it will continue very similar to the last few days, sun and cloud, with the chance of a little rain.

Temperatures in Belmopan : ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
Last Night 23 °C 73 °F Yesterday max. 30 °C 86 °F Yesterday Rain 2.0 mm ( 0.1 ") Over Night Rain 0.0 mm ( 0 " )
