SAWDUST TAPESTRY MINI EXHBITION

The town of Benque Viejo del Carmen is transformed with intricate Sawdust Tapestries. The preparation of the tapestries is an elaborate and tedious process that begins several weeks before the Easter and displayed in full glory on Good Friday. The Belize Tourism Board is proud to sponsor this year’s sawdust tapestries, which along other festivities, attract numerous local and international visitors.
