From MET Service:

Tropics warming up as we approach the climatological peak of the season. The system nearest to us is forecasted by one model to develop into a tropical depression or weak tropical storm and make landfall north of us on the northern parts of Yucatan peninsula around Friday coming. The other models don't show it developing.

NEMO is monitoring. In any event a tropical wave ahead of this system will be the next rainfall producer around Tuesday.

Two opposing mid-high level air movements with cloud, clashing near south Belize, caused a lot of earlier rain, still some rain about.

Looks as if today will be fairly cloudy for most, more sun in the north.
