I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you on this board.
I have been reading up on AC for the past few months and the posts have been an excellent source of information. We are heading down in January (booked our flights today!), and can't wait for some serious R&R!
This trip is a delayed honeymoon......I would like to take my husband for a great dinner, but we would prefer the atmosphere to not be so much "romantic" but upbeat and funky. Any suggestions?

Upbeat and funky describes quite a few places in San Pedro! JamBel Jerk is one that comes instantly to mind.

Upbeat and funky...I would vote for Fido's, for the live music, rowdy/fun atmosphere and wild crowd. wink laugh

I'm with Lan. Rooftop at Jambel's overlooking the square.

A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?
