Most, if not all the big resorts in the north end are self-contained, meaning, the only restaurant around is right there. You're paying for (among other things) the solitude and isolation and quiet, ie, you're not near town. Hence, there's nothing else around except palm trees, sand, ocean. The other resorts are usually a couple of miles away. I guess you could go check out THEIR restaurants.
If you get bored with the menu, you could always water-taxi it into town...recommendations there: Picasso's, Mangos', and The Reef.
