Hi, Geraldo Badillo is a great guide and his rates are fair. We have used his services for 21 years, and we have never had any problems at-all. His tele # is 226-2264. Have a great trip and enjoy the reef..........mel s

You know, those nurse sharks and rays are very impressive. Geraldo's web-page is //ambergriscaye.com/elgato/ , or click on fishing links here on this page, then click on what boats to use, and geraldo and the gato is on it. The 1/2 day investigating Hol Chan, and visiting and snorkeling in Shark and Ray alley. $30.00 per person {american $}. You maybe try haggeling with him, it might a factor how much busy he is .

The only real danger with the nurse sharks is putting your hand or fingers "Directly" in his/her mouth. I coaxed a 12' one to swim into my arms , then rolled him over to give him some "nap time". Felt like a relaxed puma...
They are very gentle and good natured. I had a Ray swim up my back and rest on my head like a hat...I almost drowned laughing..hehe I look forward to my trip in April to once again connect with the sea creatures...
You will see more fish in those two areas than any single dive site in the area. Hol Chan and Shark Ray are " I think???" in the same park.
Life May Be a Beach...I prefer Reefs...
