Once you could fly directly to Belize via New Orleans. No more? Guess not. What happened to TACA and Sasha? Not enough people traveling these days?

Flew Taca a couple of years ago out of N.O. great flight and good food and service on Taca but the plane was only about 1/10 full coming or going. At that time the manager at the desk said if this kept up they would discontinue this route. Guess it happened. Have still flown with Taca out of Miami and even through San Pedro Sula and love the service and food on Taca. Good well run air line. Go to Belize Soon before tooooo many tourist.

The same thing happened with Taca to Cancun from New Orleans. Now in order to get to Cancun you have to take Taca to Atlanta to get to Cancun. Go figure.

New Orleans to Belize or New Orleans to Cancun would be so easy for me but I don't have a problem going through Houston. It just add a couple of hours to the trip. I can still get into either Belize City or Cancun around 2 in the afternoon. Not too bad.

Oh, if anyone is and the wife go to Cancun...just me goes to Belize and San Pedro.
