OP austink	Does anyone know if the Typhoid vaccine is necessary for those of us spending 8 days in the Cayo? Have there been any cases that you know of? Thanks in advance!

Marty	agreed. never had any vaccinations at all in many many trips... with many people, kids, older folks, never never
