Two questions ... arriving next week ... are the Pica Pica still active, and what is the departure tax when leaving Belize to come back to US? Thanks....

I just got back and did not have a problem with pica pica.
I did have what appeared to be bites on one leg after first day of diving, but do not think it was pica pica because it never itched, and everyone there said if it was pica pica it would itch. I don't really know. What I do know is it looked like a rash of chigger bites, sometimes it straight lines.
