My wife and I are both teachers, however my school is out for the summer this Friday and hers isn't out until next week. My question is, would it be wrong for me to leave for AC Friday night? She seems to think that would be mean/rude. I really love her but I need the vacation. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

1st question - how would it be if the situation were reversed? confused

2nd question - how much does your lawyer charge? wink

ML,
You clever man. I think it would be wise to stay at home and do something productive. Perhaps clean out the garage, paint the house, cook dinner each evening while your lovely wife works. I will just bet that you will have a much more enjoyable vacation having done some wonderful things with your extra time laugh

a compassionate approach would be .........do unto others before they can do unto you.

Vballcoach, I might do some of those things, but please don't say anything to her or she'll expect it all of the time.
