I'm confused, what's the deal on Paradise Villas? Sometimes their listed as Tradewinds, sometimes just Paradise Villas. Are the different condo units run by separate companies?
With whom should I deal?

Paradise Villas are individually owned condos and rented out by several different people. Nellie Gomez, Tradewinds have the most units for rent. I have stayed there. There are several others who rent out their own units. One of which we rented from-disappointed. His ad said Oceanfront condo, we got there and it was on the road. That said I would recommend Paradise Villas as it is a nice location and the pool is nice. Just be sure you do not get a condo on the road. We like Royal Palm better but it is a further out of town. Depends on what you are looking for.

We've dealt with Tradewinds on 3 trips and never a hitch. Everything went smoothly and we are planning to use them again for our trip in Jan. Paradise Villas is a nice place. Quiet, beautiful grounds and pool, short walk to everything. No matter who you use or where you stay, have them stock the fridge in advance.
