Are all the beaches up north pubic as well?

i think the trash on the beach gets washed in from the water. it is littered from boats etc. rather than being littered right there on the beach itself. most hotels/condos will rake it up every day.
the public access "queensland" areas vary i think from 33' to 66' in different locations. the island residents can answer that one.

As a 1st time visitor who just returned last night from a week of R&R on AC with my family, I found the beaches clean and well-kept, and many places where one could wade or swim directly from the beach. I came across one spot in San Pedro near the playground that had small debris (i.e., so small that it would require hand-picking to sift the debris from the sand)but not to a level that I could complain about. I was not worried about walking barefoot on the beaches or streets of San Pedro.
