We're trying to get to from Mexico to AC and saw a post that said that Premier could fly us to Chetumal.

Does anyone know their web address/phone number? I've done several searches and can't find them.

Thanks for your help!!

You might check with Katie Valk, a travel agent in Belize City who has mentioned Premier a time or two as now offering service from Cancun to Chetumal. Her e-mail is

Of course, Mexican buses are reliable, comfortable and fairly inexpensive, and it's only 4 1/4 hours to Chetumal from Playa del Carmen and about 5 1/2 from Cancun. Once you cross the border into Corozal, you can fly or take a water taxi to San Pedro.

If you are flying into Cancun, there is now a bus service directly from the airport to towns along the "Maya Riviera". Unfortunately the Thunderbolt, a ferry service from Corozal to San Pedro, if that's where you are heading, stopped their afternoon connection from Chetumal and runs only in the morning, or at least that's the way it was earlier this summer. They might have changed it again, maybe somebody knows? I have taken the bus from Playa to Chetumal, then another bus across the boarder and then the ferry to San Pedro. Easy!

Unfortunately the link posted by 53995 is several years out of date. Among other things: Aerocaribe hasn't flown to Belize City in about three years, Batty's was taken over by Novelo's and the phone numbers are the old 6-digit numbers.

we have taken the "primo clause" bus and it wasn't bad at all. the movie was even in english. that was a bonus because my spanish isn't good enough to keep up with fast dialect. we stayed at a very nice hotel in chetumal called cocos hotel. while you are there you can shop til you drop duty free. (hey can you pick me up a bottle of leleek sp. perfume) take a taxi across the border and you can fly from corozal. if you have a wait, get a bite to eat at tonys, there is a pretty view.

To be honest, I have not had much luck with any of these, but these are the most current numbers I have.
