1. For the first time in recorded history more people are leaving California than are moving in.
2. A retirement magazine (sorry don't know which one as it was just told to me) reported that more US citizens are moving to Belize than any other place outside of the US.
3. For generations Oregonians have berated their state to anyone outside of the state. Why? They don't want NO FORIEGNERS (namely Californians) moving there.

Could that be some Belizean's philosophy?
