I'll be at the Thanksgiving thingee for sure.

And just for the record, I've been here for two Thanksgivings and had no problem finding Turkey every time. My first Thanksgiving dinner was at Mickey's and my second was at Dianita's (next to the Casino). I noted that Lily's Treasure Chest Restaurant had Turkey each Thanksgiving as well. In all cases the price didn't seem unreasonable, but I have no idea how hard it was to get.

You both have wonderful memories. So you remember the chicken with the feet and feathers??? Think the turkeys come that way too????? Gosh, it took me over an hour to pluck my San Pedro chicken with an eyebrow tweezer. Imagine how long it would take for a turkey!!!! :p
Another question: Since chicken feet are a "delicacy" in Belzie, does that mean that the turkey feet are in high demand as well????

One doesn't have to pluck a turkey. One simply hits it with a flame thrower for a few minutes.

I've had deep fried turkey, but blow torched turkey, that would be different, and free of quills.
