I believe there are internet cafes' in San Pedro, but do any of them offer a service to burn CD roms off a PC windows into JPG format?

For my digital camera, I'll be bringing down several compact flash memory chips, and if I can plug the USB port card reader into a PC with a CD-rom burner, I could back up the memory chip to make sure I don't loose any pix, and it'd free up more room for more scuba-dive shots!

Any suggestions on which San Pedro shop?
