FO95, I have stayed there 5 times over the last 3 years. Don't know why you aren't getting a reply from ken, the owner. I wouldn't call it a resort. What it is though is a nice building with 6 condo units. It faces the reef & the breeze blows most of the time to cool the units well. You said you would be shooting for may, it will be quite hot then & I would request one of the units on the ground floor, you will be much cooler from my experience. Unless you plan on being in unit most of the day, the air won't really matter, but for getting dressed/sleeping, it was great to have that area that was cool, especially when I was there in may two years ago. Their roof top patio area was my "perch", tanning in minimal attire and blasting by boombox in almost total privacy, not to mention the view. You'll have everything you need to cook also and they will do your laundry on site for a small fee per load as well. Always clean, always convenient, I recommend it.
