Look into Caribe Island Resort. It's awesome, and has everything you could possibly want. The rooms are lovely. Fantastic pool. Nice beach. Cocktail bar on the premises, dive shop, restaurant...... The grounds are lovely, and the staff is top notch. You wouldn't regret it!!!! Debbie

Go up to the search function and punch in Captain Morgans and then again with Ramon's. You will find a wealth of knowledge.

Myself, between the two I'd go with Ramon's, if you enjoy nightlife and want to be able to easily get around the town at all hours of the day. Make sure you get a beachfront unit. If you get one in the back, you may not enjoy your stay as well.

A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?

thanks for the info...we are really interested in the cabana/casita options so leaning more towards ramons at the moment. i've read many posts that say ramons is more of a party place which is fine but i'm also wondering if it has a romantic, tranquil feel as well???

Ramons is great place to stay and much more romantic than Captain Morgans. Captain Morgans is nice place but the ambiance of Ramons surpasses Capt Morgans.
The staff at Ramons is great, friendly and sure to make your stay most enjoyable.
