Am arriving to take out a sailboat the middle of Jan. and want to bring one of those ice chests that keep ice cold for 5 days and was wondering if you can buy blocks of ice in AC? Also if bringing the the ice chest, would be wanting to sell it at end of trip. Any takers?

If you're sailing with TMM you can ask them to freeze a couple of 1 gallon waters, otherwise you're out of luck as far as buying block ice. As for the cooler, as long as it's a good heavy duty Coleman they will probably (but not garaunteed) buy it from you.

Milo's is still here and going strong as ever but they don't sell block ice.
