Hi. Belize and Ambergris Caye have been on TV a lot lately. I saw them on Wild On and MTV. Is it really as fun there as it looks on TV? It looks like a 24 hour party with lots of booze and bods. Is reminded me of Isla Mujeres or other tropical party spots liek Cancun.

Thank you CC. I had a funny feeling those shows "stack the deck". I saw one about "Hot-lanta" and if the bars i've been to are any indication, you'd get thrown out or even arrested if you tried to pull the stunts they did. Oh well, back to the drawing board. Gotta find the new party spot.

I rather enjoyed the inaccurate view of San Pedro that Wild On portrayed. The folks attracted to that kind of location will hopefully learn that Wild On is wildly misleading and go to Cancun or Cabo. I'm one of the type that loves San Pedor for what it has and what it doesn't have. Beautiful water, friendly people and a laid back environment - without crowds of college kids on hormonal hyperdrive in search of the killer spring break.

emg77, but the fact remains that some pretty wild things do go on from time to time. I've seen some incredible things at several of the bars that will remain nameless. Some people do things on vacation that they would never do around people they know or in their home town. It CAN get interesting.......
