Best to bring two bottles of your favorite from home, so you have the wine immediately. Then when in town, buy a few more bottles. It is your vacation, and you do not want to be running around, gathering supplies, fun to shop as you stroll town.

The above mentioned store has a nice selection of wines and some wonderful cheese as well.

Lots of restaurants on the island have decent wine lists, thanks in large part to the efforts of Wine De Vine, the afore mentioned wineshop, so enjoy while you are here. Note, if you have special wines you want to bring wth you, don't worry too much about bringing them along with you for any special meal out, its casual here! Many freinds and family bring wine when they come down (thanks for the Stags Leap, dad) And when guests occasionally ask if they can bring a bottle to dinner, I say by all means!
Enjoy your stay!

Wine de Vine is wonderful!!! Also, there is a winery at Rendezvous Restaurant & Winery, north of San Pedro, next to Journey's End Resort. Love the Chardonnay and the Cabernet.
